Current Environment Management System Status
The directors responsible for environmental issues consistently take the initiative to improve environmental management systems at Taikisha.
The Environmental Protection Committee led by those directors gives directions for the planning and execution of action plans, and the Environmental Enhancement Committee plays a role in improving, operating, and managing specific daily activities.
We distribute Taikisha's environmental policy, which is based on the ISO-14001 standard, to our clients and request their full cooperation in observing the policy.

Green Technology System Division
Basic philosophy
The Green Technology System Division strives to improve environmental values (contribution to environment) for its customers and to protect global environment using Taikisha’s solution technologies as a company engaged in business related to the environment.
Action guidelines
- We strive to improve our technological and product development capabilities by focusing on technological development and advanced initiatives to meet the needs of our customers and the technologies required for the social issues of carbon neutrality and the SDGs.
- We maintain a high level of quality to win customers satisfaction, and promote further improvements and standardization of quality, and provide construction equipment and services that earn us customer trust and afford satisfaction to them.
- We propose environmentally friendly systems that reduce energy consumption throughout the life cycle of buildings, and provide outstanding technologies for decarbonization and reducing environmental burden.
- In order to contribute to establishing a recycling-based society, we use resources effectively, promote reduced energy consumption, and also undertake initiatives including collecting and recycling products and reducing the use of containers and packaging.

Paint Finishing System Division
Basic philosophy
We at the Paint Finishing System Division will construct and implement a division level environmental management system based on a correct understanding of the company’s environmental management vision, and will strive to improve this system through regular management reviews in order to contribute to all stakeholders.

ISO14001 Certification Obtained
The Green Technology System Division and the Paint Finishing System Division integrated quality and environmental management systems and were certified with ISO Standards 2015. The certification acquisition rates at business offices in Japan are 100% in both business divisions.

Environmental Education and Incentive for Obtaining a Certification
Taikisha educates new employees and sales representatives about how our environmental technologies contribute to environment load reduction.
Once a year, Taikisha audits intermediate industrial waste disposers to see how industrial waste is being treated.
Taikisha's "Environmental Regulations Management Ledger" and "Quality and Environmental Complaints Report" are both available on the in-company intranet, so that employees can refer to this information at any time.
Taikisha has established an incentive program that encourages employees to acquire official certifications. Those employees who obtain certificates effective for environmental measures, such as "Qualified Person for Energy Management" and "Pollution Control Manager", are paid bonuses.
