The protection of the global environment is one of the most significant challenges for humankind. The biggest environmental load concerning us, is the energy used by our delivered and installed equipment. That is why we believe it is important to propose energy-saving streamlined systems to our customers at the design phase of their facilities. We are committed to ensuring energy and resource saving considerations are incorporated into the design at the design execution phase.
Our energy solutions realize our customers' environmental conservation activities, and thereby, not only our customers but also we ourselves contribute to a sustainable society.
In addition to trying to reduce the absolute amount of energy consumption, we make all efforts to reduce energy costs by building an economical system. This is done by keeping in consideration the fee structures that energy companies define, or by proposing a system that enables our customers to produce their own required energy.
In an internal design project, we propose a facility system, verifying its energy-saving capabilities based on the eco-friendly design assessment sheet.
In a repair project, we conduct a comparison investigation of the improvements to energy-saving performance.
In addition, the volume of CO2 reduced with an energy-saving design is quantitatively determined to facilitate the assessment.
Energy consumption has been significantly increased in the business sector, including office buildings and hospitals, making its reduction urgent and raising expectations for ESCO business or BEMS. In order to meet your requirements, we expand upon the ESCO operations as a business solution, targeting the existing facilities upgrade market.
Based on a simulation of your unique load patterns, we build a year-round optimal heat source configuration. Through this process, we review various factors including the conditions of energy supply, the use of external energy, highly efficient devices and heat storage systems, quantity control, the utilization of coolant water coldness, the reduction of transportation power, and easy operational management and maintenance, to provide the optimal system.

The energy management system is installed to simplify the monitoring of operational conditions and promote continuous improvements in operation.
Eco-Rac® is a heat recovery system using a coil for heat exchange between supply and exhaust gases. Neither of the gases have contact with each other, thus causing no cross contamination.

Stratherm® I is a high-density heat storage system using the latent heat of ice. In response to the ever-increasing cooling load, power leveling and the reinforcement of heat storage in limited spaces are required. Stratherm I is designed to expand heat storage capacity by utilizing the latent heat office.
|
With a latent heat material in which a change of phase occurs at 6°C to 7°C, the existing freezers and heat storage tanks can be used to increase heat storage capacity.
|
Super Stratherm G is a highly efficient super-stratified heat storage tank. Combined with a highly efficient freezer, it can stably supply energy-saving cold water as a part of the cooling system.
|
This system utilizes outside air to produce cold water without using a freezer. The key factors are, how to install it into the heat source system, balance of water volume, outside air conditions, and operation management.
|
A compact fan is used to control airflow without the use of a duct. This system is idealy suited for use in parking lots or other large spaces. It can be utilized even if a duct cannot be installed for design or structural reasons.
|
A variable gas volume system or a large thermal difference system is effectively installed to decrease pressure loss on circulation paths for reduced circulation power requirement.
The adoption of a cogeneration system is a key factor in a highly thermal-efficient system to achieve high heat utilization for the full year. We propose it to be a part of a total system, ranging from the utilization of heat produced in air conditioning to its applications in various facilities.
