Coating Quality Solutions

The qualities of coating in auto painting should involve rust prevention, anti-pitching capability, smoothness, effectiveness of design, and weather resistance.
To form such high-quality and uniform coatings, we ensure the highest level of coating quality for every painting process, including the control of temperature and humidity and the retention of uniform airflows in a booth, uniform temperature raising in the oven, and the pre-treatment and electrodepositing lines when using a dipping carrier.

Painting Facilities

This technology delivers higher quality, greater resource and energy savings, and compactification with the pre-treatment and electrodepositing lines, paint booths, painting robots, and ovens.

Paint Circulation

We provide the optimal paint circulation including paint supply, color switching, painting, and scrubbing, in order to address the needs for diversified coloring of car body and a reduced lead time.
This is an energy-saving system with a smaller loss of paints.

Robot Application

In our Zama Technical Center, painting tests are conducted using the same robots and applications as those for production lines.
We ensure a smooth and quick setup of constructions by applying the same teaching programs used in the painting tests to the production lines.

E-DIP® (Paint system for pretreatment & electrodepositing lines)

Instead of traditional chain conveyers, E-DIP® applies a newly-developed dipping carrier to the pre-treatment and electrodeposition coating.
It has achieved higher eco-friendliness levels with drastically reduced consumption of liquid agents and water, improvement in coating quality, reduction of running costs, and a shortened lead time.
