Paint finishing experiments and simulations with paint robots and a variety of paint finishing equipment, as well as development of paint finishing systems. Utilizing these techniques it is possible to develop an optimal system throughout the entire paint finishing facilities, in its booth, flash-off equipment, and oven.
Paint finishing experiments for the purposes of quality assurance in appearance, shortening of construction periods, planning of facilities, construction, and reduction in costs. The process is divided into the following 3 steps.

Using CAD software, we simulate the movement of paint robots and various other automatic paint finishing equipments then examine the quality specs to ensure they satisfy the client's desires.

In order to perform a paint finishing quality check we have the robots perform actual manufacturing steps.

This is the only place in Asia where a test using water-based paint and 3 wet paint on an actual product body is available.

Paint finishing tests, using the same robot and applications as in the actual line are available.

Flash-off system can perform tests on paint robots of water-based paint/3 wet paint under a variety of conditions. Paint finish quality can be checked on the actual product body.

In the measurement room paint finish quality is judged, data is organized, and then a report is created.

Each part will be temporarily assembled in order to perform tests in functionality, and operation, and to check quality before delivery.
