The operation configuration for maximizing the energy-saving impact on Energy Plant systems varies depending on the conditions of outside air and loads. Manual configuration cannot always optimize the operation in accordance with the ever-changing outside conditions.
With optimized control based on simulations, this technology maximizes the impact of energy saving for Energy Plant systems.
The Energy Plant optimal control system consists of two subsystems, HSSsim and GPPECO.

Based on the results of computational optimization with the HSSsim Energy Plant simulator, the system delivers optimal control in accordance with the ever-changing outside conditions.
The system has the capability to keep a stabilized operation and to switch between optimal and fixed control modes.
The system provides a real-time display of the computed volume of energy savings relative to a reference system.
