Taikisha Europe Limited's policy is to maintain its pre-eminent market position through its innovation design
programme and commitment to high technology in manufacture. We are committed to running our business in a responsible and thoughtful manner and continually to improve the quality of what we do.
Our aim is to offer the best possible service to clients and employees alike.
- To maintain and improve the quality management system ISO 9001:2000 which demonstrates that everybody in the company has a commitment to the quality of our product and services
- To ensure continuing customer satisfaction by development and implementation of product and services we provide
- Provide training and support which fulfils customer expectations and quality requirements
- To meet and exceed current legislative requirements where possible
- Continue staff development programmes to maximise the potential of the individual in meeting the business needs of the company
- To focus on objectives that support this policy, regularly review them to evidence the continuing effectiveness of the quality management system and formally review at regular meetings
